It's been a long winter here in the North East ...
A REEEEAAALLLYYYY long winter!
The best moments have been like these -- when the fire of love is the warmth of life.
It has been my pleasure getting to know this fun couple more and more! Their big day is going to be SPECTACULAR! But we're hoping that every day leading up to it is just as special and love-filled as this snow-covered Sunday afternoon for them :)
The feeling of anticipation is in the air!
Just as the scent of spring is about to burst into our nostrils, these two are about to usher in their new season.
This sweet couple is so ready to welcome their little babe...
BUT FIRST! It was about time to capture some cozy, some intimate, some rustic & stylized photos of the season that they have walked through for eight months.
Side Thoughts: What a grand design that our Creator has structured -- to allow a beautifully slow stretching and growth process to take place before He brings fruit to full blossom. Nature is full of the perfect thoughtfulness of God. WE are the most stunning thoughts of all. And how faithful He is to bring us through each day of the process.
I could not be more excited to share these intimate moments that I was privileged to capture for this small, yet growing family whom I love so dearly!

All this paled in comparison to the magic of witnessing Emily & Carlo join in holy matrimony on a perfect November day!
I cannot explain how much fun I had capturing this beautiful wedding day for this sweet couple! This woodland wedding, set at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, was the perfect place for these two free birds to say "I do!"
Surrounded by family, they joined their hearts and lives as one and it was like a breath of fresh air to witness it!

Friendship is a gift from God, given to us for companionship, support, comfort, growth, friction, accountability, laughter, common bond, and so many more reasons. Proverbs 17:17 says,
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.
The portraits of this beautiful Lady of Splendor are portraits of a true friend. She has become an encouragement & inspiration in my life - offering all of the above traits & the example of Christ in every word she speaks, in every smile she shares & in every piece of her heart she gives to the world! So blessed to call her "friend"!
